Redundancy often results in a range of emotions and can impact people’s resilience and well-being, therefore I make it my mission to help people understand the nature of change and the growth opportunities that stepping outside of our comfort zones can present, focus on the positives and the value they can offer, and build the resilience required to navigate to the next exciting stage in their careers.

Career Spheres’ individual Outplacement Programmes are offered at three levels to meet the specific needs of both your impacted employees and your organisation’s budget. These programmes are designed to provide personalised support based on an initial needs assessment, ensuring each participant receives guidance in the areas most relevant to them during their transition.

Each programme covers a range of topics, including managing stress and building resilience following redundancy, and identifying and overcoming professional or personal barriers to achieving new goals. Participants will receive assistance with CV preparation, writing cover letters, and developing or refining LinkedIn and Seek profiles, and interview preparation and practice to enhance confidence during the selection process.

Other important aspects of each programme often include learning to navigate evolving digital and AI-driven recruitment processes, developing and activating a networking strategy to help participants tap into the hidden job market and understanding psychometric assessment processes.

For those exploring alternative career paths, some programmes cover options such as building a portfolio career, setting up a business or franchise, transitioning to self-employment, consulting, or contracting, and for those considering retirement transition-to-retirement planning can also be provided.
